We recently introduced (March 2024) a new feature called "Activity" that provides users with a comprehensive overview of their email history and upcoming scheduled emails.
In this guide, we'll explore the Activity screen, helping you navigate and make the most of this feature.

Navigating the Activity Screen
Accessing the Activity Screen
Log in to your Luna.ai account
Look for the new "Activity" icon on the right side of the screen, next to the "Report" icon
Click on the "Activity" icon to open the Activity screen
Viewing Email History
Upon opening the Activity screen, you'll see a list of your past outgoing emails
If you can't see any emails, change the date
Emails are categorized by status, such as sent, failed, or bounced
You can view emails from any sender to any lead
To see the entire conversation with a lead, click on the lead's name
Filtering Emails by Campaign
To view emails from a specific campaign, use the "Campaign" filter at the top left of the screen
Click on the desired campaign to filter the email history
The Activity screen will now display only the emails associated with the selected campaign
Viewing Incoming Replies
To view incoming replies, click on the "Outgoing emails" filter and select the "Incoming Replies" tab within the Activity screen
You'll see a list of replies from your leads
Click on a lead's name to view the entire conversation and see the reply in the timeline
Managing Future Scheduled Emails
Future scheduled emails will appear in the Activity screen
To preview, edit, or delete a scheduled email, click on the email
An editor will appear at the top of the screen, allowing you to make changes or regenerate the email content
You can also preview the email, including your signature, before it is sent
