Upload/add your leads to Luna
Upload/add your leads to Luna
Updated over a week ago

Do you want Luna to write copy and follow-ups for your own lead lists?

We've made this as simple as possible for you. In this article, I'll explain how it works and what you need to consider.

Summary:

  • We support XLXS, XLS, CSV and TSV files.

  • Maximum file size should be 20 megabytes (this is about 30,000/40,000 leads).

  • Make sure to give your file a name by which you can identify your leads.

  • Optionally, you can choose to share the leads from your file with other people on your team.

  • Having the lead's email address is desirable but should this not be the case, Luna will look for it.

  • Requirements for uploading a list: first name AND last name OR full name + email address OR website.

  • If you've previously uploaded a list that (1) is active and (2) still has leads to be contacted, these leads will have priority. If not, you'll get emails written for these leads in the next batch of emails.

  • You can only manage the settings of your lead list if you have uploaded the list yourself. Please note that your settings will be copied to the rest of your team in case you shared it.

When logged into the Luna, click on 1. Campaigns

Then on 2. Change settings

Scroll to the bottom and 3. update your lead source to CSV eads.

Last but not least, you'll be able to manage your list (add a CSV file)

The next step is to add a file which included your leads. We support XLXS, XLS, CSV and TSV files. Maximum file size should be 20 megabytes (this is about 30,000/40,000 leads :)

Give your file a name by which you can identify your leads. This way you can distinguish the leads from this list from other leads that Luna suggests.

Optionally, you can choose to share the leads from your file with other people on your team. Here you can see who is on your team. If you are authorized to do so, you can also invite colleagues here. Colleagues who join your team at a later time will also receive leads directly from shared lists.

Match the headers in your file to Luna's variables.

Having the lead's email address is desirable but should this not be the case, Luna will look for it (we call this data enrichment ๐Ÿ˜Ž). Keep in mind the following requirements:

  • Match the columns first name AND last name OR full name.

  • Match the column email address OR website.

Obviously; the more information you can provide the better it is.

Awesome! When you get to this step, it means that Luna is processing your uploaded list. Luna processes about 100 leads per minute so stay hydrated and come back soon (We'll also send you an email once it's ready ๐Ÿ™‚).

Keep the following in mind:

  • If you've previously uploaded a list that (1) is active and (2) still has leads to be contacted, these leads will have priority.

  • If there aren't any other lead lists that have priority, you'll get emails written for these leads in the next batch of emails.

If you click on 'options' on the right side of your uploaded list you can choose to make the leads from your list private or rather share them with your team, pause or resume your list or permanently delete your list.

You can only manage the settings of your lead list if you have uploaded the list yourself. Please note that your settings will be copied to the rest of your team.

If you click on 'view leads' you can see clearly which leads have been uploaded, processed, rejected, which will be contacted next, which leads have already been contacted and which leads have responded. You can see this for yourself as well as for your colleagues.

That's it.
