Here's a quick guide in Luna's lead settings menu.
These settings determine the quality of leads in your dashboard, so it's good to check them regularly.
You can the change the targeting settings in your playbooks:
Go to "Playbook"
Click on "Leads"
Click on “Configure lead sources”
Go to "Preferences" in Luna.ai database
The settings to change are the following:
Choose your target industries. What kind of companies would benefit most by your product or service?
Choose your target location. Where would the lead's company ideally be located?
Choose your target business size. How big are the companies you're after?
Choose your target roles. Which department within your lead's company would you like to reach out to?
You can change these settings at any given moment. Once they've changed, Luna will take them into account immediately once it starts looking for new leads to propose.
