No sign-off in your emails sent from Luna?
You're not crazy π
You may have noticed that when writing emails in Luna, we automatically remove any sign-off or closing remarks (like "Best regards, Anthony").
This is done intentionally to prevent your sign-off from duplicating when you upload a signature with a sign-off.
Since it's already part of your signature that gets appended to every email, removing the redundant sign-off keeps your emails looking clean and professional.
HOW IT WORKS
When you compose an email, Luna checks if there's a sign-off or closing line in your email signature
If a match is found, Luna removes that sign-off line from the email body
Your configured email signature (with the sign-off) still gets added at the end of every sent email
The result is a polished email without any repeated sign-offs or closings
For more info on how to add your email signature, see this article
Rest assured, your recipients will still see a proper sign-off on your emails since one is included in the signature that Luna automatically appends.
There's no need to include it again in the email body manually.
Happy emailing! π
