What’s Luna.ai

With Luna, you schedule meetings on autopilot. It’s an all-in-one prospecting platform designed to simplify your cold email efforts by doing the hard work for you: finding relevant leads, researching them, and writing personalized copy for your emails.

Luna scrapes information from leads' websites and social profiles to craft unique messages tailored to each recipient. This significantly increases positive reply rates.

How’s Luna.ai different?

  • Luna created the first and only AI sales system, ORBIT, dedicated to cold outreaches. ORBIT outperforms any other AI prospecting tool or human on the planet.

  • Luna is an all-in-one prospecting platform. It sets up your email infrastructure for perfect deliverability; it finds relevant leads, writes personalized emails to send out, and always follows up when the time is right.

  • Unlike most other tools, Luna is incredibly easy to use. We’re inspired by Google - all the complex things happen in the backend.

How can I signup for the ORBIT waitlist?

You can signup here.

We cannot roll out ORBIT to everyone at the same time because we are still working on scalability. ORBIT often takes 2 minutes to write the email. For 2 minutes, it scours the Internet at an incredibly fast pace and writes multiple drafts to create the perfect email. In comparison, previously, this was only a few seconds.

You can move up on the waitlist by inviting other people to Luna.ai. Every time they sign up you will be rewarded with extra points, the same goes for if you purchase a paid Luna.ai plan.

Why is it not wise to use my own email address?

It is not a best practice to send out cold emails from your own primary domain. Cold email experts set up separate domains and email addresses for the following reasons:

  • There is a chance that leads will report you as spam, which will worsen your domain's reputation and thus possibly cause more emails to end up in the spam box.

  • If you let Luna set up your email infrastructure automatically, you are assured of perfect email deliverability. Luna automatically sets up your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC record, which are considered crucial for avoiding the spam box. We have seen that 97% of our users have not set this up properly themselves.

  • If you want to start sending out emails on a larger scale, you have to buy multiple domains and email addresses anyway to avoid ending up in the spam box. But don't worry; Luna automatically sets these up for you in the premium plan (you can choose the domains and email addresses here).

  • The lead/receiver usually does not see your email address when the email arrives, instead they see your name.

Can I change the language of the emails?

Yes, you can change the language of emails via your campaign settings. All languages you can imagine, are available.

Can I write the emails myself?

Writing emails yourself is possible, but we don’t recommend it. Based on our data, emails written by Luna outperform emails edited by users by 302% in terms of relatively higher positive replies.

Instead, we recommend tweaking your company description, value proposition, pain points, and CTAs in your campaigns to give Luna more context.

If you intend to write the emails yourself, you can create a campaign in “Expert mode” (only possible after you finish the onboarding). If you want to make smaller adjustments, you can always do so via the activity screen. Here, you can check and adjust every email before it's sent out.

Can I upload my own leads?

Users with a premium plan can upload their own leads to Luna via API/Zapier, or by uploading a custom lead list (CSV).

But why would you? With Luna's database with over 300 million leads, there is sure to be an audience eager to learn more about your product/service.

I have launched my first campaign. What's going to happen next?

Congrats! Luna is going to schedule the first emails during your leads’ business hours. You can review the leads and emails via the activity screen. By default, Luna sends out a maximum of 3 emails to a lead. You can adjust this number of follow-ups through the campaign settings if you wish. Once you receive a reply, Luna will let you know and hand it over to you.

Why is Luna only sending out a couple of emails in the first few days?

In the first +/- 2 weeks, Luna increases the number of emails you can send daily. You cannot send out tens of emails daily from the beginning because you need to "warm up" your email addresses. If you don't do that, you harm your domain, and your emails end up in the spam box. For this reason, we decided to handle this process automatically for you, so you shouldn't worry about this.
